Where is The Railyards and how do I get in?

Anyone entering The Railyards for the Hard Hats & High Heels Gala will need to have a  printed or digital ticket.  This event is completely SOLD OUT so no tickets will be sold at the door.

The Railyards is located at Railyards Blvd Sacramento, CA 95811 (click here for google maps)

It is located just north of Downtown Sacramento, west of the Sacramento River, east of 5th Street, and south of the River District.  You can enter the Railyards off of 5th Street and turn left at the guard.

When you arrive at the guard, you will need to show him your print or digital ticket to get in.  (Contact Shannin Stein at SSTein@Habitatgreatersac.org if you have lost your ticket or need a digital ticket sent to you.)

Complimentary valet parking is available for all guests, though arriving in an Uber, Lyft, or Taxi is highly recommended as there will also be complimentary libations served all night!

What time does the event start?

The VIP reception begins at 6:30pm.  The guard will begin allowing VIP’s in at 6:20pm.  General reception will begin at 7:00pm.

The program portion of the event will be wrapping up around 9:45 pm, however the photo booth, DJ, complimentary bar, and dance floor will be open until last call at 10:30 pm.

What should I wear?

The Hard Hats & High Heels Gala is a black-tie optional event.  Traditionally, about half of our guests opt to go black tie (tuxedos and gowns) and half typically opt to go in cocktail dress (suits and cocktail dresses).

Please keep in mind, the paint shop of The Railyards is an active construction site. (If you plan on wearing a long white gown, please wear at your own risk!)
