DESCRIPTION:Looking to become a homeowner in Citrus Heights?\nHabitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento is offering a virtual Homeownership Information Session\, available February 1 through March 25\, for individuals and families interested in applying for new affordable homes in Citrus Heights. \nWe are currently accepting applications for 14 newly constructed homes at our Sayonara Drive development\, featuring 2-\, 3-\, and 4-bedroom options. Homes will be sold to qualified applicants through affordable 30-year\, 0% equivalent mortgages. \nThis on-demand virtual orientation allows participants to complete the required session at a time that works best for them.
