This session is for individuals and families interested in applying for one of our new affordable homes in Citrus Heights.\nWe are currently accepting applications for 14 newly constructed homes at our Sayonara Drive development\, featuring 2-\, 3-\, and 4-bedroom options. Homes will be sold to qualified applicants through affordable 30-year\, 0% equivalent mortgages. \nDuring this mandatory session\, attendees will learn: \n\nWho qualifies for a Habitat for Humanity home\nWhat the homeownership application process involves\nDetails about home designs and energy-efficient features\nExpectations for sweat equity and partnership with Habitat\n\nImportant: Attendance at an orientation session is required in order to apply.
