Homes will be sold to qualified applicants through affordable 30-year\, 0% equivalent mortgages. \nDuring this mandatory session\, attendees will learn: \n\nWho qualifies for a Habitat for Humanity home\nWhat the homeownership application process involves\nDetails about home designs and energy-efficient features\nExpectations for sweat equity and partnership with Habitat\n\nImportant: Attendance at an orientation session is required in order to apply.
