We focus on supporting veteran\, senior\, disabled\, and BIPOC homeowners—especially those in need of help to preserve their homes and prevent displacement. \nOur goal is to ensure stability for residents in affordable\, owner-occupied homes by addressing deferred maintenance\, essential repairs\, energy efficiency upgrades\, and improvements for health\, safety\, and cost savings.
