These thoughtfully designed homes will be sold to qualifying first-time homebuyers through affordable 30-year\, 0% equivalent mortgages. \nTo apply\, completion of a Homeownership Orientation is required. \nThis in-person orientation will guide attendees through: \n\nThe homeownership application process\nProgram qualifications and requirements\nOverview of the Sayonara Drive development\nHow to complete the required prequalification step\n\nStart your journey toward homeownership and learn how you can build a brighter future through this unique opportunity. \nClick here to complete the prequalification questions.
