A survey of Habitat for Humanity Greater Sacramento’s first 100 families found that since receiving their Habitat home…

  • 76% of families with school-age children have seen an improvement in study habits and school
  • 59% of families have had at least one family member start or complete higher education of job-training programs
  • 57% of families have more savings
  • 0% of families previously on food stamps remained on food stamps!
