Citrus Heights Homeownership Information Session (Virtual)

Looking to become a homeowner in Citrus Heights?

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento is offering a virtual Homeownership Information Session, available February 1 through March 25, for individuals and families interested in applying for new affordable homes in Citrus Heights.

We are currently accepting applications for 14 newly constructed homes at our Sayonara Drive development, featuring 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom options. Homes will be sold to qualified applicants through affordable 30-year, 0% equivalent mortgages.

This on-demand virtual orientation allows participants to complete the required session at a time that works best for them. During the orientation, you’ll learn:

• Who qualifies for a Habitat for Humanity home
• What the homeownership application process entails
• Details about home designs and energy-efficient features
• Expectations for sweat equity and partnership with Habitat

Important: Completion of an information session—either in person or virtual—is required in order to apply.
