For Sanar and Nisreen, family life is centered on care, responsibility, and the desire to create a stable future for their children, Yazn and Teja. Now expecting their third child, the couple’s commitment to building a home environment where their children can feel safe and supported continues to grow with their family.
Sanar works as a warehouse manager, providing for the family while continuing to work toward long-term goals. Together, he and Nisreen focus on creating a life that offers both stability and opportunity for their children.
Before partnering with Habitat for Humanity, the family lived in a second-floor apartment where the children were unable to freely play for fear of disrupting their downstairs neighbors. Caring for young children in the small space was difficult, and as the children grew, so did their need for privacy. The home no longer met their family’s needs, and the family faced ongoing stress trying to balance space and comfort.
Now, their Habitat home provides the stability and flexibility they have been working toward. Their children have room to play and grow, and the family can enjoy a more comfortable and functional living environment.
