Additional Requirements for these current homeownership opportunities include:

1. You are a US Citizen or legal permanent resident.

2. You are a first-time homebuyer.

3. You have not filed for bankruptcy in the last 5 years.

4. There are between 3-8 people in your household.

5. You have lived or worked in Sacramento or Yolo County for at least the last year.

If any of these statements do not apply to you and/or your co-applicant, you do not currently qualify for this application period for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento homeownership. Your application will be denied without further review.
