AARP Sacramento Caregiving Summit: Building a Caring Community

Join AARP Sacramento for the Caregiving Summit: Building a Caring Community on Thursday, November 12, at Aggie Square in Sacramento.

This free community event will bring together caregivers, families and community members for connection, education and practical support. The summit will feature keynote speaker Kate Washington, author of Already Toast: Caregiving and Burnout in America, along with interactive workshops, educational sessions and community resources.

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento will be onsite sharing information and resources about our Home Repair Program and Habitat ReStore.

Registration and networking begin at 10:30 a.m., with the program running from 11:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Complimentary lunch and free parking are included.
