Citrus Heights Homeownership Information Session (In-Person)

Looking to become a homeowner in Citrus Heights?
Join Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento for an in-person Homeownership Information Session on Monday, January 26 at 6:00 PM. This session is for individuals and families interested in applying for one of our new affordable homes in Citrus Heights.
We are currently accepting applications for 14 newly constructed homes at our Sayonara Drive development, featuring 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom options. Homes will be sold to qualified applicants through affordable 30-year, 0% equivalent mortgages.
During this mandatory session, attendees will learn:
- Who qualifies for a Habitat for Humanity home
- What the homeownership application process involves
- Details about home designs and energy-efficient features
- Expectations for sweat equity and partnership with Habitat
