Citrus Heights In-Person Homeownership Orientation

Interested in applying for a new home in Citrus Heights?

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento is now accepting applications for eight new affordable homes on Sayonara Drive. These thoughtfully designed homes will be sold to qualifying first-time homebuyers through affordable 30-year, 0% equivalent mortgages.

To apply, completion of a Homeownership Orientation is required.

This in-person orientation will guide attendees through:

• The homeownership application process
• Program qualifications and requirements
• Overview of the Sayonara Drive development
• How to complete the required prequalification step
