Habitat is Reopening the Home Repair Application period through January 31st!

Thanks to unexpected generosity for our Home Repair program, we will be able to serve more low-income families, seniors, and Veterans in need of home repairs than expected this year. What is the Home Repair Program?

Habitat’s growing Neighborhood Revitalization program helps to solve health, accessibility, and safety concerns in homes owned by low-income families, veterans, and elderly residents on limited incomes. This year we have completed nearly 50 home repairs and are so excited to be able to open this opportunity up for more homeowners in need in our community.

 

 

Which locations will be qualified for the application?

The Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento Home Repair program is accepting applications through January 31st, 2020 for homeowners that currently live in Rancho Cordova, West Sacramento, South Sacramento, Oak Park, Del Paso Heights/North Sacramento, as well as Elk Grove.  The application period for for Rancho Cordova, West Sacramento, South Sacramento, Oak Park, Del Paso Heights/North Sacramento will close on January 31st.  The Elk Grove home repair application period will remain open until all project funds have been allocated.

If you or someone you know thinks they may qualify and wants to apply please visit

habitatgreatersac.org/home-repair to review the homeowner requirements, and fill out an application/return it with supporting documents to Habitat by January 31, 2020.
