Join Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento as we honor the extraordinary legacy of President Jimmy Carter at a special memorial event. This gathering celebrates his lifetime of service, dedication to humanity, and the transformative impact of his decades-long partnership with Habitat for Humanity.
The event will feature a symbolic memorial structure built with doors, walls, and 2x4s to represent the countless “doors opened” and “walls raised” during President Carter’s unwavering commitment to Habitat for Humanity. Guests are invited to sign the memorial, leaving messages of reflection and gratitude. The signed 2x4s will later be incorporated into Habitat’s 10-home community in Folsom, creating a meaningful connection between his legacy and the homes being built for local families.
