Community Project Inquiry Form

Please fill out this form for your community project to be considered by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento for an upcoming Neighborhood Revitalization Project.

For project to be considered, project must:

  •  Be located in one of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento’s target service areas for Habitat’s Neighborhood Revitalization Program: South Sacramento, Oak Park. Bryte/Broderick area of West Sacramento, and Del Paso Heights.
  • Be a public community space (i.e. community gardens, parks, schools, community center).
  • Be requested by a fellow nonprofit or community-based organization.

Please note, submitting a form does not guarantee your project will be selected. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento reviews Community Project inquiry forms on a quarterly basis and makes decisions based on available funding, project scopes. and project locations.

Please be as specific as possible (Do you need materials? Do you need volunteers? Do you have a rough estimate of financial resources that would be needed to accomplish this project?0
Will this project impact children or underserved populations? This is a great place to share how many people would be impacted with this work being done.
