Veterans Service Day

Join Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento for Veterans Service Day, a special day of service dedicated to honoring and supporting local veterans through critical home repairs.

On November 11, 2026, veterans, active-duty service members, corporate partners, and community volunteers will come together to complete essential repairs for qualified veteran homeowners throughout Sacramento and Yolo Counties. Projects may include accessibility improvements, exterior repairs, painting, landscaping, and other safety-related home maintenance that helps preserve affordable homeownership.

This impactful day not only addresses urgent housing needs but also creates an opportunity for the community to serve alongside veterans, recognize their leadership, and express gratitude through action.

Veterans Service Day is part of Habitat Greater Sacramento’s ongoing commitment to serving those who have served our country—helping ensure they can live safely and securely in their homes.
