Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento is now accepting applications for eight new affordable homes in Citrus Heights, including 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom options. These beautiful new homes are part of our Sayonara Drive development and will be sold to qualified families through affordable 30-year, 0% equivalent mortgages.
To begin the application process, you are required to complete a Homeownership Orientation. If you’re unable to attend an in-person session, we offer a Virtual Orientation that you can complete anytime at your own convenience before the May 23, 2025 deadline.
