Rock the Block West Sacramento Home Repair Application Period

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento is now accepting applications from homeowners in West Sacramento for our upcoming Rock the Block West Sacramento neighborhood revitalization event.

Rock the Block is a community-driven initiative that brings together volunteers, local partners, and sponsors to help complete exterior home repairs, landscaping, and neighborhood beautification projects for qualifying homeowners. These improvements help preserve homes, strengthen neighborhoods, and support residents who may need assistance maintaining their property.

If you live in the designated West Sacramento project area and could benefit from exterior repairs or yard improvements, we encourage you to apply during this open application period.

Selected homeowners may receive assistance such as:

• Exterior painting and minor repairs
• Yard clean-up and landscaping
• Fence repair or replacement
• Other exterior improvements that enhance safety and curb appeal

Projects will be completed by volunteers during the Rock the Block West Sacramento event in October 2026.

Applications Accepted: March 1st to May 22nd
